The City of Refuge House, formerly known as the Crosby House, is a Texas Department of Corrections (TDC) approved Alternate Housing Facility for male parolees.

•    Two heated walk-in showers

Rent: $500

•    Telephone

Tenants considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenants pay first and last month’s rent at move-in.
